A home-inspection company wanted bookings in seven cities at once, from a standing start on Meta. We launched on 1 August with city-level campaigns, one shared creative library and a lead form that asked the qualifying questions up front. By the end of the month the account had 6,589 paid leads, and the client’s CRM showed 12.4% of them turning into booked inspections. The month also told us exactly where to spend next: Bangalore converted at 23.6%, Delhi at 6.2% on the highest spend share.
What we did
Qualify before you pay
Price in the creative and a qualifying question in the form. The variants that named the price converted best: 26 to 27% in Bangalore and Pune.
Read the CRM, not the ad platform
Every lead was matched to its CRM status: converted, rejected, not connected. That is how we found Delhi eating the budget at 6.2% while Bangalore sat at 23.6%.
Reallocate by city, not by ad
September budgets moved towards the cities and creatives that booked inspections, and away from the ones that only produced leads.
Lead and conversion figures from Meta Ads Manager and the client’s CRM export for August 2026. Client name withheld under NDA, available on request.
